When I was pregnant I was worried that our toddler was going to resent his little brother because his whole life was going to be turned upside down but he’s the sweetest big brother and is always trying to kiss and hug his little brother 🥹. • At first he was pretty rough and my anxiety would go through the roof when he tried to kiss his little brother but as always, we were both learning. He was learning how to be a big brother and I was learning how to be a mom of two. As time goes by, we both get better and the moments I get to experience (and capture in a picture if I’m fast and sneaky enough) are priceless 💕 • Also, I’m still in awe my son loves to listen to “If you want to sing out, sing out” by Cat Stevens. He asks me to play that song on repeat whenever we drive somewhere. I should be tired of listening to that song by now but I love it even more.

One month has gone by in a blink of an eye! I know I probably said this with our first son but the second one just makes time advance in ways I didn’t know was possible. • This little guy has grown so much! Outgrew his newborn clothes the week after being born and he’s about to say goodbye to those cute little newborn diapers…didn’t think it was going to be hard to say bye to this stage but here we are holding in the tears 😢 • He’s observing our facial features more and even trying to coo when we talk to him but at this point he just makes himself cough which is adorable 🥹 • As the sign says, he sleeps all day and used to awake up a lot at night…not anymore but I didn’t mind this one bit because that was the time I got to spend with just him in pure silence which is rare in our household nowadays.

What a crazy Easter experience we had this year. 🥕We took our toddler to the park for an egg hunt and it was the most chaotic egg hunt I’ve ever seen 🤭 🥕My son only got one egg because he kept opening the eggs only to find that they were empty and threw them back to the ground instead of putting them in his basket 😅 🥕Didn’t take a picture with the Easter bunny because he was a little intimidating looking and my son did not want to get close to that massive odd looking bunny…I don’t blame him, he did look like he had been through some stuff 😄 🥕We celebrated at home too with our doggos too since they haven’t gotten as much attention as they used to now that we’re navigating this new chapter of our life with 2 kiddos+ 2 crazy huskies. We’re getting the hang of it and will forever be thankful on how patient and loving these dogs are 🥹. 🥕My life keeps getting more and more chaotic but I wouldn’t want to have it any other way. So many wtf moments coupled with “I’m the luckiest woman” moments balance my life and it truly makes me more fortunate of what I have. • Happy Easter from my family to yours!
